1 Your Right to Data Deletion

Tireless Crew respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data collected when you sign in with Facebook — which may include your name, email address, and Facebook user ID — or when you otherwise use the platform.

You may submit a data deletion request at any time, regardless of whether your account is currently active. We will process and confirm deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity.

2 How to Request Deletion

To submit a data deletion request:

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Send from the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.
4. Include your account email address in the body of the message. If you signed in via Facebook, you may also include your Facebook username or profile URL to help us identify your account.

We may follow up to verify your identity before processing the request. We will not action a request we cannot verify in order to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

3 What We Delete

Upon verification of your request, we will delete:

• Your account profile, including name and email address
• Facebook-linked identifiers (Facebook user ID and OAuth tokens)
• Agent configurations, system prompts, and run history associated with your account
• Stored credentials and API keys you provided
• Any other personal data associated with your account that we are not legally required to retain

4 What We May Retain

Certain records may be retained where we are legally required to do so, including:

• Billing and transaction records — we are required by applicable tax and financial regulations to retain billing records (such as invoices and payment history) for a period required by law (typically 7 years), after which they are permanently deleted.
• Records required for legal proceedings — if your account is subject to an ongoing legal dispute, investigation, or regulatory inquiry, we may be required to preserve relevant data until the matter is resolved.
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics — data that has been irreversibly anonymized and cannot be linked back to you is not considered personal data and may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Retained records are held only for the minimum period required, and are deleted as soon as the legal or regulatory retention obligation expires.

5 Timeframe

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days of receipt and complete the deletion process within 30 days of verifying your identity. If additional time is required due to technical complexity or legal review, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline.

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the email address you used to submit the request.
