You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with plans described on our Credits page. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Billing begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or through your WooCommerce store's payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service as a condition of using the billing features.
We may offer free trials for new users. Trial terms (duration, features, conversion) will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. After the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request. Pro-rated refunds may be issued in certain circumstances at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

API access is subject to rate limits as defined by your subscription plan. These limits are enforced to ensure fair usage across all users. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in temporary throttling or blocked requests.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI tokens and agent runs. Unused quota does not roll over to the following month. If you exceed your quota, further runs will be blocked until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.
API keys issued to your account are for your use only. You must treat them as confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all API usage authenticated by your keys.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), including WooCommerce store data, agent instructions, run outputs, and stored credentials. We do not claim any ownership rights over your Customer Data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.
We retain Customer Data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to allow data export. Specific retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon request, we will provide a machine-readable export of your Customer Data within 30 days. After account closure, data may be irretrievably deleted after 90 days.
The Service integrates with a number of third-party platforms, including but not limited to: WooCommerce, Stripe, Anthropic (Claude AI), OpenAI, Google, and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Outages or changes in third-party APIs may affect Service functionality, and such disruptions do not entitle you to refunds or service credits unless otherwise stated.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Tireless Crew and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback without attribution or compensation.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
AI-generated outputs from agent runs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.
We do not guarantee that agent actions taken on third-party platforms (such as WooCommerce order updates or email sends) will have the intended effect. Always test agents thoroughly in a staging environment before deploying to production.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIRELESS CREW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tireless Crew and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your Customer Data for 90 days before deletion, during which you may request an export. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address on your account) or by displaying a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
