Billing & Balance

The platform is pay-as-you-go. Your account holds a dollar balance — top it up when you like, and pay only for what you use. No subscriptions, no monthly fees.

How it works

Your account has a simple dollar balance. Each agent run costs a small amount depending on how much work it does — a quick task costs very little, while longer runs that call several tools cost a bit more. You are only ever charged against your balance for runs you actually make.

The exact cost of every run is shown on that run's detail page after it finishes, so there are no surprises.

Topping up

Add funds any time from the Balance page. Every top-up is a one-time payment through Stripe — there is no recurring charge, and unused balance stays in your account.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You are redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete the purchase, and your balance updates the moment payment succeeds.

Getting started for free

You do not need a credit card to explore the platform. Sign up, browse templates, run the onboarding wizard, and connect your store first — then top up your balance whenever you are ready to run agents in production.

Checking your balance

Your current balance is shown at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. You can also open the Balance page any time to review it and add funds.

When your balance runs out

If your balance reaches zero:

• Manual Run Now requests are declined with a low-balance message.
• Scheduled runs are skipped and logged as failed with a reason of insufficient balance.
• Webhook-triggered runs are declined with a 402 Payment Required response.

No agent data is lost. Once you top up, scheduled agents resume on their next trigger and manual runs work immediately.
