Live and replay
The Live page shows what started each piece of work, which seat picked it up and how it ended. Replay plays the last 24 hours back from the start.
Where to find it
Organization in your dashboard sidebar, then the Live button in the row of section buttons at the top of the page.Reading the stage, left to right
The large panel at the top reads left to right: work enters on the left and leaves on the right.
- What woke the crew. One chip for each way work can start, with how many times it has happened today: a scheduled time was reached, you started it, an incoming request arrived, a new item was found, an API request, a chat message, another seat called for help, a prospect replied, or work was handed over by another seat. Older runs that never recorded a reason show as “Work started”. A chip at zero is dimmed rather than hidden, so you can also see what is not happening.
- Your crew. Your organization chart, with each department and the seats in it. Every seat shows its own state: Working now, Waiting on you, Paused, Next with the time of its next scheduled run, or Idle. Clicking a seat opens its Profile & mailbox page; clicking the top node opens your organization chart.
- Your rules. A bar between your crew and the outside world, labeled Approvals · probation · irreversible steps. Click it to open your Autonomy settings, which decide what your seats may do without asking you.
- Where it ended up. Today’s totals, each a link. Done automatically opens your run history. Sent / published opens your Leads. Held for you opens your Inbox. A line underneath points at the Content page for published articles.
When nothing is running, a sentence replaces the empty panel: either “your crew is quiet right now, next scheduled run at…” or, if nothing is scheduled, a note that work starts when you or an incoming message asks for it.
Today so far
The figures under the stage all cover today:
- Runs today: how many times a seat has worked.
- Sent / published: what actually went out.
- Replies: what came back.
- Held for you: what is waiting for a decision from you right now.
- Cost today: what today has cost, in dollars.
Decisions
Underneath is the list of what actually happened in the last 24 hours, newest first. Each row is a time, a colored dot and one sentence. Rows that link somewhere open the item they describe.
The color of the dot shows the outcome:
| Outcome | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Done | Finished without anybody being asked: a lead saved, a file written, a number recorded. |
| Sent | It went out: an email delivered, an article published. |
| Held | It is on you now: an approval, a question, something escalated. |
| Failed | It did not work and somebody has to look. |
If nothing has happened in the last day, the list says so.
Live and Replay today
The two buttons at the top left of the stage switch between watching now and watching earlier.
- Live. The default. The page updates itself: instantly where your connection allows it, and every few seconds otherwise. The small pill next to the buttons tells you which of the two is happening. You never have to refresh.
- Replay today. Plays the last 24 hours back through the same stage, so you can watch a morning you were not there for. It never starts on its own: press Play. A slider lets you scrub to any point, a clock shows where you are, and the speed control offers 0.5×, 1×, 2× and 4×. Switch back to Live whenever you like.
What this page is for
Come here when you want a quick answer to one of these:
- “Is anything happening?” Look at the seat states and the quiet line.
- “Why did that happen?” The chip that lit up on the left shows what started it.
- “What is waiting on me?” Held for you links straight to your Inbox.
For the full history rather than the last day, use Runs in the same row of section buttons.
